IWA 2022 – Recover presents new stabilizer for Glock pistols
Recover Tactical, an Israeli based company that designs, develops and manufactures tactical gun accessories mainly for the American market, present at the IWA 2022 exhibition currently taking place in Nuremberg, Germany, a new product, the P-IX stabilizer. This platform resembles a regular AR assault rifle but is actually operated by a Glock pistol that lays within its frame.
Tamir Porat, a weapons designer and the company's products developer, says, "The P-IX allows the Glock pistol owner to enjoy the full AR experience without actually having to buy another firing unit. As in all of Recover's products, assembly is quick and easy."
Recover's first products were small, pistol mounted, accessories. In the past few years, the weight have shifted towards bigger items such as stabilizing devices for pistols. These polymer frames clamp onto the pistol, those allowing it to fire accurately over greater distances.

In the near future, Port says, Recover is planning to broaden its P-IX platform range to other pistols as well. The company's products allow the costumers to have a variety of upgrades options such as Ease of charging, light and optic attachments, firing stability and quick drawing. The moto of the company is to provide customers with an affordable, well-designed and easy to use accessories that enhances their firing experience.
Recover's flagship product is the 20/20 family of stabilizers. This is a compact, lightweight (350gr) stabilizer that includes a folding stock, Picattiny rails and a spare mag holder. The 20/20 stabilizer is suited for up to 45 Glock pistols as well as for various Smith & Wesson and 1911 pistols.
