THE ARTEMIS SOLUTION

https://www.teamartemis.ca/the-artemis-solution/

Team Artemis offers the right UAS with the right team for Canada’s defence and security challenges in the North and abroad. With over 10 years of proven operational experience, the Artemis UAS fully meets the RCAF’s unique operational requirements, while offering superior capability, flexibility, lower risk and the latest sensor technologies.

MISSIONS

The Artemis UAS is built to meet all RPAS mission requirements, including long flights in the cold and vast Canadian Arctic. The Artemis can fly more than 32 hours in mission configuration, reaching altitudes as high as 45,000 feet and speeds up to 220 KTAS. The powerful PT6A-67A engine ensures that operation in inclement weather is safe and effective, a reality in Canada that precludes other platforms from accomplishing the mission. An adaptable payload suite ensures flexibility in meeting a broad spectrum of potential needs.

DOMESTIC MISSIONS

With a capability this potent, it's not enough to just be ready to meet the Canadian Armed Forces's (CAF) every requirement; the Artemis UAS will also be interoperable with other government departments to face a growing challenge for surveillance in the north or anywhere across Canada's vast landscape and oceanic interests.

ABROAD
The Artemis UAS will also offer key strategic support abroad to the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

Peace Support Operations
Supplying peacekeepers with up-to-date information regarding movement along demilitarization zones in stabilization operations.

Combat Operations
Supporting the full spectrum of combat operations from developing 'pattern of life' for special operations to engaging enemy combatants in 'Troops in Combat' situations.

Humanitarian Operations
Whether monitoring the position of hurricane refugees or tracking mudslides near built-up areas, ground situational awareness is critical.

Maritime Interdiction
From drug running to piracy to near-peer engagements, the Artemis UAS will be equipped with maritime sensors to support commanders at sea.

Non-Combatant Evacuation (NEO) Operations
In the rapid and uncertain evolution of NEO, knowing the position and intent of hostile forces is critical to the safety of Canadians abroad. Artemis is designed to give that domain awareness.

Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Natural Resources Canada, Transport Canada

Providing aid for a wide variety of missions, including pollution detection, illegal fishing and wildlife monitoring.

Search and Rescue

Offering Search and Rescue support for location and on-site monitoring, and possibility of delivering a Survival Kit Air Droppable (SKAD).
