IWI (Israel Weapon Industries), an SK Group company and manufacturer of small arms, has introduced a new line of suppressors engineered to fit its full range of 5.56x45mm and 7.62x51mm weapon platforms — from rifles to machine guns. The suppressors have already been delivered and are currently in operational use by clients.

Produced on a vertically integrated production line using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) 3D metal printing, the new suppressors feature complex internal geometries and an internal bypass channel that deliver exceptional sound attenuation and a streamlined design. This significantly reduces back pressure, even during rapid or full-auto fire, while maintaining accuracy.

Engineered to the same exacting standards that have made IWI a global leader, the suppressors are made from aerospace-grade Inconel, capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 982°C (1,800°F). They resist erosion and cracking over thousands of rounds and integrate with IWI’s proven Quick Detach Flash Hider, utilizing the legendary UZILock™ system for fast and secure mounting across all platforms.

“Our new line of suppressors reflects IWI’s broader commitment to enhancing battlefield survivability and operational performance through innovation,” said Ronen Hamudot, Vice Chairman of SK Group. “By leveraging cutting-edge manufacturing and materials science, we are equipping forces with scalable solutions that meet today’s operational demands — from counterterrorism missions to large-scale conflicts. This marks another step in our drive to deliver integrated, next-generation capabilities to front-line units.”
