SPACE - S0 - 20200709 - Solar Eruption, Extreme Weather, Collapse Risk

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Solar wind speeds continued to calm slowly from yesterday's high of 400 KPS to around 340 KPS right now, despite a mid-morning rise in particle density. As to the KP-Index, the readings are on the floor, with a long string of KP-0 activity before midnight saw a rise to KP-1. The X-Ray Flux is slightly higher than yesterday, barely reaching into the bottom of the Class A range. Coronal holes are passing the midpoint as we speak, with one or two more in range for the next 24 hours. Getting a lot of bright spot activity both on the visible disc as well coming in from the lim. Only one quake of note, a Mag 5.6 along the Western India-Antarctic Ridge, and a small handful of blot echos to round out the report.
