SPACE - S0 - 20191116 - Solar Wind, Hail, Lightning, Volcanoes, Galaxies Align

Good Morning, Observers!

Solar winds peaked near 400 KPS overnight, but has gone back down to around 350 KPS, so if that was the coronal hole stream it was a weak one. New coronal holes are moving toward centerpoint, but no indication as yet to their strength. Only KP-1 and KP-2 levels since yesterday, so no serious issues there, high or low. The bright active region is halfway toward the meridian, and shows some prominences, but there still appears to be no underlying magnetic complexity or large spots which would indicate a risk of CME - at least, not so far. Eyes open, no fear. No new serious quake activity, just the standard blot echoes in the Mag 4.5-5.5 range.

By the bye, here's the NOAA Link to their "Space Weather Enthusiasts Dashboard" with lots of forecast information and links to other solar videos in various wavelengths.
