S0 - 20191209 - Deadly Volcano, Nova Remnant, Special Announcement

Good Morning, Observers!

Solar winds still stuck in the 345-360 KPS range. While the KP Index was mostly low, there was a KP-3 spike several hours ago due to a magnetic reversal, returning back to KP-1 and KP-0. The magnetometer readings had a corresponding spike (downward) at the same time as the KP-3. The coronal hole just below the equator should reach the central longitude by end of day, with more holes developing further South. A Mag 5.3 hit Papua, New Guinea (71 KM deep), San Juan, Argentina had a Mag 5.1 (109 KM), and there was a volcanic eruption in New Zealand, with fatalities reported.
