SPACE - S0 - 20191228 - Geomagnetism, Global Circuit, Sneaky Galaxy

Good Morning, 0bservers!

The solar wind speed continued its slow slide downward from yesterday, now hovering around 360 KPS. We've had about two straight days of KP-1s but we're getting more KP-0s, so keep an eye out for the possibility of a Zero Day Alert. The bright spot and the coronal hole are only now reaching the meridian, so we'll see about a possible uptick in the next 72 hours. The lithosphere was very quiet, nothing of note to report...

Another extra video on the meaning and impact of nearby stellar superflares...
