There was a steady decrease in solar wind speeds, down from a max of 550 KPS down to its current "low" of 450 KPS. The KP Index also lowered from a KP-3 at the time of yesterday's report to the KP-2 to KP-1 range, with the Electron particle density returning to its normal range. That bright spot I mention yesterday may have some underlying magnetic complexity, with possible sunspot activity hidden underneath. Should be able to see that later today. A Mag 5.5 hit the West Coast of Africa yesterday, as well as a Mag 5.9 in Guatemala.
