SPACE - S0 - 20200611 - NASA Scientists on Earth-Facing Quiet, Electromagnetic Galaxies
Good Morning, 0bservers!
Solar winds remained higher since Tuesday's jump, but it is slowly calming down. It's currently in the 420-460 KPS range, while particle density and temperature remain elevated. The KP-Index stayed in the KP-2 to KP-3 range through most of yesterday morning, but dropped down to KP-1s by midday, with a KP-2 jump a couple hours ago. No new bright spots, and the Southern sunspot group remained quiescent overnight with the X-Ray Flux solidly in the Class-A range. We had a couple deepwater quakes in the Atlantic, just south of the equator and midway between South America and Africa, right along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Specifically, it was located about 500 miles West of Jamestown Saint Helena, a Mag 5.8 followed by a Mag 5.4 about 90 minutes later.
