SPACE - S0 - 20200625 - Cosmic Ray Maximum, Amazing Space News

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Solar winds ticked up from yesterday, currently in the 340-360 KPS range (still well within the low-to-normal range), with no real changes in particle density or temperature. The Phi Angle was pretty wild after connecting with the Earth yesterday, but the KP-Index has dropped back down to all KP-1 readings. Coronal holes at the equator passed the midpoint this morning, should see some effect from it by the end of the weekend. No new bright spots, and the old ones are decaying and unproductive (let's hope they stay that way). There was a Mag 5.1 in the interior of Ecuador, a somewhat shallow Mag 5.8 just outside Lone Pine, California, a Mag 5.9 off the East Coast of central Japan, a Mag 5.5 near the Southwest tip of New Zealand, a Mag 5.3 at the Indian Ocean Triple-Junction, and a Mag 5.4 at Özalp Turkey.
