SPACE - S0 - 20200820 - Fire, Space Physics, NAVY Plasma Revelations

Good Morning, 0bservers!

After yesterday's peak of 370 KPS, solar winds have steadily calmed to around 300 KPS. There was a upward bump in particle density a few hours ago, caused by a Phi Angle shift, but there was no increase in wind speed. The KP-Index has calmed back down to KP-1 after that pair of KP-3 readings from early the previous day. Definitely had more X-Ray spikes in the Class B range again, as the departing sunspot grouping in the North continues to spark and surge. Coronal hole activity continues along the equator, so we may see sustained higher solar winds as a result. Not as much tectonic tap-dancing as the day before, with a Mag 5.3 South of Sand Point Alaska, and a Mag 5.4 off the coast of Columbia.
