Good Morning, 0bservers!

HAPPY PI DAY!!!
Mmmmmmm, piiiiiiii...
The Phi-Angle seems to have stabilized over the past 36 hours, but the solar wind speed still grew yesterday, peaking last night around 460 KPS before it began to calm to a current 400 KPS. The KP Index stayed low during that increase, mostly KP-1s and KP-0s. No new coronal holes seem to be developing at the moment, and no new bright spots have yet appeared although there is an increased glow at the Northeast lim which may have a spot or two beneath it. It should become visible in the next 36 hours. The lithosphere was amazingly quiet most of yesterday, with no temblors at or above a Mag 5, and only three blot echos which were all in the Mag 4.3 to Mag 4.6 range. However, in the past hour there was a Mag 6.7 in the Kermadec Islands, and a Mag 6.3 about 180 miles NE of Raoul Island off New Zealand.

And, in celebration of National Pi Day, my favorite limerick...

If Inside a circle, a line,
Hits the center, and runs spine to spine,
And the line's length is "D"
          The circumference will be
"D" Times Three Point One Four One Five Nine!
