SPACE - S0 - 20200305 - Cosmic Rays, Zombie Thermometers, Climate Negligence

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Slowing solar winds continue to be the rule, as a steady slide is now in the 340 KPS range. The KP Index remains calm and green, mostly in the KP-1s and KP-2s, with a surprising KP-3 at midday yesterday. That new equatorial coronal hole continues its march toward center disc, and a bright spot also popped up just South of the equator and about 5°-10° past the midpoint. Will be keeping an eye on both. The lithosphere had a bit more variety, at least in magnitude, with a Mag 5.1 South of Bristol Island in the South Sandwich Islands and a Mag 5.2 about 100 miles ENE of New Guinea.
