SPACE - S0 - 20200316 - Galactic Superwave On Deck? Weather, Health, Sun, Crops
Good Morning, 0bservers!
Down, down, down goes the solar wind speed, currently hovering around 330 KPS. This is a slight surprise considering two bumps UP in the particle density last night, and then another one a couple of hours ago. That may be due to a bit of a jumpy Phi-Angle shift in solar magnetism, which was reflected by a rise in the KP-Index to KP-3 around midnight UTC. Still well within the green range, and the readings have settled down since then. The bright spot in the South should cross the Western lim by tonight, no further activity there. The other bright spot that was glowing before its cross of the Northeast lim, however, hasn't yet crossed, but we'll still keep an eye on it. A couple earthquakes of note: a Mag 5.1 off Indonesia, and a somewhat shallow Mag 5.2 about 60 miles WNW of Bandar 'Abbas, Iran.
