SPACE - S0 - 20210407 - Magnetic Earth Rotation and Polar Offset, Geo-Engineering, Moon

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Solar winds were calm most of yesterday, bottoming out under 300 KPS around 1600 UTC, but then they started to rebound a bit. It dropped again below 300 KPS before 0600 URC and then began a sharp upturn, topping out at 370 KPS just before 1000 UTC. That climb this morning was matched (not preceded) by an increase in Particle Density and Temperature. Phi Angle readings show some polarity shifts between 0° / 90° / 120° this morning in a semi-cyclic fashion. The KP-Index picked itself up off the floor yesterday morning, but struggled to keep it at KP-1 for the rest of the day, popping up to KP-2 in the early hours and a KP-3 a few hours later. All nominal on the Magnetometer Front, as well as the Proton and Electron Flux charts. X-Ray Flux is also pretty quiet, except for a (very) small spike about halfway up the Class A flare range around 0700 UTC or so. The video loop at 173Å shows a coronal hole tendril trying to develop from the Southern polar hole right along the midpoint. There's another coronal hole closer to the equator also along that line, and a new larger one developing in the Northwest quadrant about a day's turning from the lim heading inward. There are a couple bright spots right behind that one, but the Magnetogram shows them to have little if any underlying magnetic complexity. At least, not yet, anyway.
