Good Morning, 0bservers!
Solar wind speeds peaked again yesterday at 550 KPS, dropped down to 440 KPS, and it's currently in the 450-460 KPS range. The KP Index, on the other hand, got out of the KP-4 range (yesterday's high), dropped to KP-2 for two readings and then further to KP-1 for the last seven readings. The Southern coronal hole is turning in toward the center longitude, and a smaller hole near the equator has already passed that point. As did the Southern bright spot, which seems to be decaying further, but there's still a risk of a CME from that for the next couple of days, so stay tuned.
