SPACE - S0 - 20200217 - HAARP, Magnetic Excursion Cycle, NGC 2008

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Very little change in solar wind speeds, fluctuating between 320-360 KPS, currently hovering around 330 KPS. The KP Index drops back down to the KP-1 and KP-0 range, so unless/until we see that coronal hole activity arrive we may end up with another Zero-Day alert soon. That coronal hole system at the South pole has crept up to the equator and is just arriving at the midpoint now. There don't seem to be any new coronal holes following this one, so we could be quiescent yet again (another hit for the KP Index).  Only one earthquake of note yesterday, a Mag 5.5 near Bandar 'Abbas in Iran, with a handful of blot echo activity in the Mag 4.0-5.5 range.
