SPACE - S0 - 20200910 - Cosmic Ray Health Alert, San Andreas Fault

We're gonna start with a Cosmic Ray Alert, which went out early yesterday evening. The KP-Index has literally been showing KP-0 readings more than 24 hours straight now, and it was pretty low before that. From the Disaster Prediction App: "Enhanced Warning for High Risk Patients: Cardiac, Psychiatric. All Biological Life Subject to Cognitive Diminution and Behavioral Unpredictability."
We did see a Cosmic Ray hit on the detectors around midnight UTC (2000 EDT). But we didn't see anything on the charts that would indicate a quick fix from this, as the solar wind speeds have remained very low, currently ranging from 280-310 KPS. Temps and particle density remain steady and low. Electron Flux is still going over the threshold, but the peak intensity seems to be going down. X-Ray Flux is also back in the lower range, below Class A consistently for the first time in a while. We're seeing that coronal hole thread coming up from the South pole, connected and organized, as it approaches and passes the midpoint today. A bright spot grew in right behind the coronal thread. The Northern hole is still growing, and we're still North of the ecliptic so we can get some effect from that as well. Lot of glow along the Eastern lim, but we've been "lucky" in the magnetic complexity department so far, and I'm hoping we stay that way. After yesterday's rather sparse quake report, we did see a bit more activity, with a Mag 5.4 about 70 miles West of Papua New Guinea, a Mag 5.0 in the South Shetland Islands, and a half-dozen blot echos, although four of those readings were for the same place and time, about 75 miles NW of San Angonio de los Cobres, Argentina.
