SPACE - S0 - 20200502 - Climate Science Crushed, Dark Filaments, Super Current
Good Morning, 0bservers!
Solar winds stayed in the 280-330 KPS range through most of yesterday and overnight, until it suddenly spiked above 450 KPS for a couple hours before dropping back to the 330 KPS range. Particle density took a nose-dive at the exact same time. The Phi-Angle did have some perturbations, but on the surface they didn't seem that severe as to cause such a marked change. There was no corresponding surge in the KP Index, with the readings staying in the KP-1 to KP-2 range throughout most of the past 24 hours. The departing equatorial bright spot did have a release, possible a minor CME, but well past a risk to Earth. No sign of ejection on the LASCO C3. Another quiescent day in the lithosphere, with only a Mag 5.0 in Iran, and a half a dozen blot echos below that threshold.
