SPACE - S0 - 20200509 - The Superwave Current Sheet, Top News Updates

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Solar winds continue to be smooth and stable, entering the third day in the low end as speeds remained in the 300-350 range. Particle density and temperature remain flat-lined as well, while there is some Phi Angle fluctuations, but they don't seem to be serious or "wild". If this keeps up we may end up with a Zero Day and/or Cosmic Ray Alert, as the KP-Index has remained quite low. KP-1s for the most part, but the last two readings came in at KP-0. We've got one cohesive coronal hole riding the equator at the moment, should hit the midpoint in a day or so. No real bright spot activity of note. Only two quakes to report, a Mag 5.2 off Guam, and a Mag 5.5 along the Mid-Indian Ridge, and a smattering of blot echo activity at (or mostly below) Mag 5.1.
