SPACE - S0 - 20200521 - Deep Space Surprises, Pluto's Position Matters

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Looks like we've passed through that solar wind peak from yesterday, which touched 420 KPS, and has dropped back down to a more moderate 340 KPS. The density dropped most of yesterday and this morning, but it started an upward climb a couple of hours ago (bouncing back to "normal" range). The KP-Index did bump up briefly to KP-2 once or twice in the last day, but otherwise it's on the deck again at (mostly) KP-1 levels. There was a minor A-Class blip in X-Ray output, but nothing too impressive. Also no cohesive coronal holes in development, and the bright spot in the Southern hemisphere appears to be breaking down. The Northern one seems to remain pretty bright, but again there are no sunspots driving it. We had a Mag 5.0 quake in Argentina yesterday morning, followed by another Mag 5.0 in Nevada about an hour later, with a Mag 5.7 in the Mediterranean Sea about 140 miles Southwest of Methoni Greece.
