SPACE - S0 - 20200508 - Strongest Gamma Burst, Weather Alert, Jupiter

Good Morning, 0bservers!

Solar wind speeds seem to have finally stabilized, spending most of the last 24 hours in the 300-350 KPS range, with a slight bump in the last two hours to around 365 KPS. That said, we're expecting some increase (moderate stream) in the next 36 hours or so. Particle density and temperature are also stable and smooth. Despite some fluctuations in the Phi Angle readings, the KP-Index stayed in the low ranges, KP-0 to KP-1. Small coronal holes continue to develop along the equator, if they remain at their current size we could see a slight rise in wind speed and activity by early next week. Bright spots continue to have no underlying magnetic complexity, with little to no flare risk at present. Saw a deep water blot echo about 290 miles beneath the sea floor off Papua New Guinea, a Mag 5.1 well off the coast of Southeast Japan, and a Mag 5.4 off the South Sandwich Islands, well East of the tip of South America.

Another new video from Suspicious0bservers, "Philosophy of Community Self-Scrutiny". I think this one is an explanation of how Ben Does Things, after his dismantling of the Professor Dave video...

Enjoy!
