Good Morning, 0bservers!
Solar wind speeds stayed pretty steady yesterday, staying in the 280-320 KPS range (currently 290 KPS). Temps were also steady, and particle density lowered around noon UTC but is trying to climb back up (albeit slowly). The KP-Index is fully out of the doldrums now, with a KP-2 reading after midnight UTC and more than a couple of KP-1s, and only three KP-0 readings all through yesterday. Standard readings on the Magnetometer and the Electron Flux. X-Ray Flux continued down even further than yesterday, lower into the Class A flare range with no spikes. The sunspots are quiet, and we've got a good-sized coronal hole in the North, about 36 hours from the affecting the Earth. It's pretty high-latitude, so any effect will be muted by its location.
