SPACE - S0 - 20201219 - External Field Effect, Uranus in Taurus, Signal from Proxima

Gaps, gaps, and more gaps. The DSCOVR charts have had five "outages" (one for an 8-hour stretch) in the last 60 hours. and during the last gap which started around 0630 UTC we saw a pretty steady rise beginning from 300 KPS up to 320 KPS, after a relatively steady Friday. It appears to be Density driven, as the Phi Angle (while, like the other readings, are gapped) was showing pretty steady between 100°-150°. Temperature is up a bit as well. We should be past the effects of yesterday's health advisory, but we're still pretty low with mostly KP-1 readings, with a couple of KP-0s interspersed. Had a spike on the X-Ray Flux chart, to the lower third of Class B, and the background levels crept up to near the top of Class A. The Northern coronal hole system has dipped closer to the equator, and the main mass is just now crossing central heliographic longitude. Should be seeing any streams from that in 3-4 days.
